I understand that today's $50 annual registration fee is non-refundable and that tuition of $145 will be automatically charged on August 1, 2026, using the payment method provided during registration.*

I understand that tuition reserves my child’s spot weekly in the Piano Club program and is divided into equal monthly payments for convenience. Our studio calendar generally follows the Cobb County School Calendar and includes scheduled holidays, breaks, and recital events. Monthly tuition is not based on a guaranteed number of lessons per month.*

I understand that makeup lessons can be scheduled in the student portal if space is available in another class. I also understand that I am responsible for scheduling any make up lessons and that there will be no refunds for missed or unscheduled make up lessons. If the teacher is absent, I understand that lessons will be made up.*

I understand that tuition is charged via autopay on the 1st of each month (a 2.9% fee applies to credit cards). Tuition is considered late on the 3rd and a late fee of $50 will be assessed. Lessons will pause if payment isn't received by the 7th of the month.*

To discontinue lessons, please submit your withdrawal request by email to info@letssingstudios.com by the 15th of the month to avoid the following month’s auto-payment. Withdrawal requests submitted after the 15th will be processed for the following billing cycle. Tuition payments are non-refundable once processed.*

By enrolling in Let’s Sing & Play! Studios, parents/guardians acknowledge that photos and videos may occasionally be taken during lessons, classes, performances, or studio activities for educational and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer that your child not be photographed or recorded, please notify the studio in writing.*
